We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team in a multifaceted support role. This position will involve front desk operations, recruitment assistance, employee onboarding and offboarding, payroll administration, and more.
• Front Desk Support: Manage front desk operations and provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
• Recruitment Support: Post job advertisements, screen candidates, conduct reference checks, and issue employment agreements.
• Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees.
• PPE Allocation and Inventory: Manage personal protective equipment distribution and maintain inventory.
• Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly HR and payroll reports.
• Employee Follow-Up: Check in with employees during their first week and first month to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
• Review Management: Coordinate mid-probation and end-probation reviews.
• Performance Development: Support managers and employees with performance development agendas.
• Payroll Administration: Manage payroll inputs, deductions, and ensure timely processing.
• Support management: Support manager with questions, documents and instructions.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using Employment Hero (preferred but not essential).
• Available for a full time position, Monday through Friday.
• Previous experience in HR and payroll administration.
Salary $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year plus superannuation.
